What you'll
do
Haul Amazon middle-mile freight
Move freight between Amazon facilities using modern Amazon-branded equipment and technology.
Stay safe on the road
Zero tolerance for handheld phones (headsets only), road- and driver-facing dash cams, safety vest and closed-toe shoes on every shift.
Deliver safely and on time
Protect on-time performance and follow facility check-in and yard procedures.
Stay connected
Use your ELD, GPS and our company messaging to stay in sync with dispatch 24/7.
Requirements
At least 21 years old
Class A CDL with at least 6 months of experience (recent graduates considered case by case)
No more than 2 moving violations or 1 preventable accident in the last 3 years
Live within 45 minutes of our Allentown, PA or Bordentown, NJ yard
Pass a DOT physical and a DOT drug test
Pass a 7-year background check, MVR, FMCSA Clearinghouse query and employment verification
English proficiency
Comfortable with technology and multiple apps; flexible and adaptable

first tour
1. Apply or get prequalified
Answer a few questions in our chat or fill out the application. We usually reach out within 1 to 2 days.
2. Interview
A quick interview with our team to go over the role, schedule and pay.
3. Background check
If we're moving forward, we add you to Amazon Relay to start your 7-year background check. Most clear within two weeks.
4. Application and drug screen
Complete your application, DOT drug test, Clearinghouse query and DOT physical. Finishing these quickly speeds up your start.
5. Orientation and paid training
Bring your phone, a pen and paper to orientation, then complete 2 days of training paid at $150 a day.
6. Start your full schedule
Once you're cleared, you're on the road with SHARP.
